The 1991 - 1995 GPX 400R, also listed as the EX 400R, carried on the 398 cc Ninja-family twin with DOHC and carburetors. Its engine, frame and suspension were close to the 1987 - 1990 bike, and the main visible difference on the page is a single front disc. It was the mid-size sport option between Kawasaki's 250 and 500 cc models in the early 1990s.
